Hello there

I’m a cisgender male (he/him) Licensed Professional Counselor based in Georgia. I hold a bachelor’s degree from Emory, a master’s from Mercer, and have been practicing therapy for six years. My office is in Tucker, tucked inside a cozy building I share with my former mentor, Trudy Post-Sprunk.

I live with ADHD, motor tics, and eight cats (which is not as chaotic as you might imagine, though there’s definitely a lot of litter). I tend to keep things simple—routines, familiar comforts, buying identical pairs of the same shirt, playing the same song on repeat until it wears out its welcome, and always having at least one project still waiting to be finished.

I live in a quiet part of the state, with a forest behind me, a cowfield across the road, and a rooster who thinks he’s my alarm clock. It’s peaceful and grounding, a steady presence amid life’s noise.

When I’m not working, I enjoy escaping into fantasy stories—playing D&D weekly, reading, and gaming. My days, especially my commutes, are often filled with audiobooks, D&D liveplays, and the current song on loop—right now, Evermore from Beauty and the Beast.

(I tried putting pictures of my cats, but multiple photos makes things weird on mobile)
